Otis Lambert

Otis Lambert is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Training and Development Specialist at Mental Health Partnerships since August 2025. Previously, Otis worked as a full-time Substitute Teacher at Haddonfield Friends School, providing emotional support and structure during classroom disruptions. Experience also includes roles as a User Experience Research and Design Fellow at General Assembly, where Otis honed skills in research and design, and as Organizer and Data Manager for the Working Families Party, focusing on membership building and campaign support.
