Dr. Shola Olaoshebikan

Executive Vice President at Mental Health Systems

Dr. Shola Olaoshebikan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2003, they began their career as a Recreation Activity Specialist at the City of Downey. They worked in this role until 2011 when they joined New Alternatives for Children, Inc as a Child Care Worker. In 2012, Dr. Olaoshebikan started working at the Union of Pan Asian Communities (UPAC) as an Mft Trainee, and later progressed to become a Sr. Treatment Specialist and then a Program Manager. They continued in this position until 2020, concurrently taking on the role of Program Manager at UPAC in 2014. From 2018 to the present, they have also been an Adjunct Professor at Pacific Oaks College. Their most recent role is at Mental Health Systems, where they have worked as a Program Manager, Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Executive Vice President since 2020.

Dr. Shola Olaoshebikan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Cal State Dominquez Hills in 2010. Following this, they completed a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University in San Diego between 2011 and 2013. Finally, Dr. Olaoshebikan earned a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University between 2015 and 2019.
