Nicole Zink

Lead Mental Health Clinician at Mental Health Systems

Nicole Zink has a diverse work experience in the mental health field. Nicole started their career as a Management Analyst at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in 2013 and worked there until 2016. Nicole then served as a Psycho-educational Group Leader at PRS, Inc. for a few months in 2016. In 2017, Nicole held a counseling internship position at Phoenix House, where they provided individual and group counseling to clients with addiction and mental health disorders. Nicole also conducted assessments, developed treatment plans, and facilitated relapse prevention.

From 2018 to 2019, Nicole worked as a Child and Family Therapist at Vista Hill Foundation before joining Mental Health Systems in 2019. At Mental Health Systems, they initially served as a Mental Health Clinician, providing therapy to adult clients with severe mental illness and co-occurring disorders. Nicole also acted as the Lead Clinician for transitional age youth and conducted mental health assessments. Nicole Zink obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Policy and Administration, with an emphasis in Psychology, from Penn State University during the period of 2009 to 2012. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Marymount University from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, Nicole Zink holds certifications as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) from the Board of Behavioral Sciences and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) from The National Board for Certified Counselors.
