Currently serving as a therapeutic coach at Mental Health UK and as an executive recruitment consultant at Eastside People since September 2021, Lucinda also leads their own coaching practice, Lucinda Shaw Coaching, established in January 2016. With a strong background in healthcare partnerships, Lucinda held the position of Head of Healthcare Partnerships for the Stroke Association and the Stroke Alliance for Europe from August 2015 to January 2021. Lucinda's educational qualifications include advanced coaching skills and various accredited coaching certifications, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Studies from the University of East London.
