Dr. Tina Ruseva has a wealth of experience in the field of work. Dr. Tina has held various positions since 2007, beginning with a Business Support Engineer role at Microsoft. In 2009, they founded and became CEO of GymZap. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Dozentin at EU Business School and a Senior Product Manager Vertical & DirectMail Solutions at United Internet Media AG. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Program Manager Fraunhofer Venture | TechBridge | TandemCamp at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft and an Expert Advisor at European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA). In 2018, they became Head of Startup Programs at WERK1 - the most startup-friendly place in Munich. In 2019, they founded Big & Growing New Work Festival and became the Founder & CEO of Mentessa - Where the future works.
