Gal Geva

Gal Geva has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Gal is currently the VP HR at Mentfield Logistics Group. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at Hacarem Spirits LTD, where they were responsible for recruiting, employee retention, and managing employee welfare. Gal also served as an organizational consultant at the Education department of the Yokne'am Municipality, where they built a new organizational structure for the department. Earlier in their career, they worked at Aminach as the Deputy Director Of Human Resources, handling various HR areas such as recruitment, welfare management, and training. Gal also worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Aminach, providing support and assistance to employees and managers.

Gal Geva obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Ono Academic College in 2015. In 2017, Gal pursued further education at the same institution and completed a Master's degree in Business Administration and Organizational Consulting in 2019. In the same year, Gal also received a Certification in Organizational Consulting from Ono Academic College.
