Emilia Mänttäri

Emilia Mänttäri is an experienced professional specializing in customer success and project management within the technology and service sectors. Currently serving as the Founding Customer Success Manager for APAC at Mentimeter since August 2021, Emilia is establishing the Customer Success function and managing strategic enterprise accounts to enhance customer value. Previously, Emilia held various roles at Cisco, including Transformation Manager and Project Manager, where efforts focused on improving customer experience and managing multiple delivery projects. Emilia's early career included sales and project support roles at Tallink Silja AB and ABB, demonstrating a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and analytics. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in International Business from Stockholm School of Economics and a CEMS MIM from the Global Alliance in Management Education.
