Marc Blackmore

Marc Blackmore has a diverse work experience in client success management and sales. Marc is currently working at Mention Me as the Director of Client Success since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Client Success Lead from March 2021 to November 2022, and as the Senior Client Success Manager from March 2020 to March 2021. Marc joined Mention Me as a Client Success Manager in November 2018 and worked until March 2020. In this role, they were responsible for providing world-class Refer a Friend programs using Mention Me's SAAS platform to leading fashion brands and retailers.

Before Mention Me, Marc worked at Nutritics as a Customer Success Manager from May 2017 to October 2018. Marc'sresponsibilities included managing the customer success team, increasing customer adoption of Nutritics software, and ensuring customer retention. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales and Administration Executive at Nutritics from April 2015 to May 2017.

Marc began their career at Nando's as an Assistant Manager from December 2013 to April 2015.

Marc Blackmore completed their education history with a Bachelor's degree in Zoology with a focus on Biodiversity from the University College Dublin, which they attended from 2009 to 2013. In 2012, they obtained a TEFL/TESOL certification from TEFL Express. Prior to their university education, Marc attended St. Kilians German School from 1995 to 2009, where they obtained their Leaving Certificate. Additionally, in February 2023, Marc earned a Certificate of Completion from Winning by Design.
