Michael Sillekens has extensive experience in clinical services management and mental health program oversight. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Services at Mentis Assist since April 2021, previous roles include Clinical Services Manager at Mentis Assist, Operations Manager and Regional Manager at Stepping Up Consortium, and Partners In Recovery Manager at South Eastern Melbourne PHN. Michael's career in mental health began at Southern Health, where roles included Senior Mental Health Program Manager and Nurse/Manager for community teams. Educated at St Patrick's College Ballarat, Michael holds an Associate’s Degree in Registered Nursing.
