Mentis Aviation Group (MAG) incorporated in 2018 to aggressively pursue a role in one of the most underserved — and potentially high-growth — sectors in the Asian aviation market: a Commercial Aircraft Parts Distribution, Recycling and Tear Down Operation with a leasing platform focused on mid to end-of-life assets as feedstock for the operation.  MAG will leverage low costs and an aging aircraft fleet operating in the Asia Pacific region to gain a global leading edge and competitive advantage in its core competencies.

The operation currently revolves its business around Assets Trading and Teardown, Aircraft & Engine Leasing, Parts Distribution & AOG support with its Asia Pacific headquarter in Singapore, and China Commercial Center in Shanghai with a teardown operation in Hefei.
