Dan Gross

Dan Gross is an ICF Certified Leadership and Executive Coach and serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Stanford Blood Center. With over 20 years of experience in operations, strategy, and sales, they have a proven track record in driving change and managing teams in the healthcare and startup sectors. Dan held various significant positions, including Business Development Manager at Manpower China and Head of Business Development at Amino Inc., where they structured key partnerships and initiated multi-million dollar deals. They also founded WorldHaus, successfully raising $1.4 million to create an affordable housing construction firm. Dan earned a Master of Business Administration from Wharton Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Amherst College.
