Jered Odegard

Jered Odegard is an accomplished product and design coach with extensive experience in product management and design leadership. Currently serving as a Product and Design Coach at Mento since February 2023, Jered also founded ZEAL in January 2020, where clients include major companies such as Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, and Google. Throughout a successful career, Jered has facilitated the advancement of numerous product leaders into management positions, contributing to over 50 designers securing their first roles. Previous roles include Director of Product Design at Flyhomes, where Jered managed cross-functional teams and led product vision execution, and Senior Product Design Manager at Redfin, where strategic initiatives contributed to the company's public offering. Jered’s earlier experience encompasses product design roles at Expedia, DigiPen Institute of Technology, and various freelance positions, alongside technical expertise developed as a Lead Software Engineer and Software Engineer. Jered holds a degree from Florida State University.
