Andrew Shaw

Andrew Shaw, M.Ed., currently serves as Partner Development Director and Partner Success Manager at Mentor Collective, overseeing account management for over 30 college programs. Previously, Andrew worked at Amazon as Program Manager for Participant Experience, advising over 400 participants in a Software Development Academy. Andrew held various leadership positions at Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business, including Associate Director of Student Experience and Assistant Director of the Student Programs Office, managing teams and leading onboarding initiatives. Andrew's early experience includes advising student organizations at The University of Texas at Dallas and working in sales roles at PERFORMIX and Bucked Up. Andrew obtained a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from California State University-Sacramento.
