Lewis also serves as a director for both MENTOR LIST TALENT and MentorList. Additionally, as principal consultant and director at L&L Investments, Lewis aids organizations in performance improvement through various strategic methodologies. A former general manager at Telstra, Lewis implemented transformative labor strategies that prevented redundancies and enhanced employee engagement. With extensive experience in management consulting and finance across multiple organizations, Lewis holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and is a certified CPA.
