Sheyna Grabowski

Sheyna Grabowski has a diverse work experience, primarily focusing on coaching and teaching roles. Sheyna'smost recent position is as a Licensed Massage Therapist at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers, starting in March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Licensed Massage Therapist at Elements Massage® starting in November 2022. Sheyna also has experience in coaching lacrosse, having served as the Head Girls Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Mentor Public Schools starting in November 2020 and as the Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Laurel School from September 2019 to November 2020. Sheyna has also worked as a Lacrosse Coach at Virginia United Lacrosse from September 2016 to September 2017 and as a Kindergarten Teacher at TYKE Center from August 2015 to August 2017. Grabowski has additional experience as a Girls Lacrosse Coordinator at Evergreen Lacrosse Club, LLC from October 2015 to September 2016. Sheyna has also held coaching positions at the University of Houston, St. Andrews University, and Urbana University where they focused on developing lacrosse programs and recruiting players.

Sheyna Grabowski attended the Great Lakes Institute of Technology in 2022, where they studied Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Massage. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2006, they pursued their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Marketing and Communications at Franklin University. Sheyna'sundergraduate education was completed at The Ohio State University from 1996 to 1999, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies.
