They work together within the remaining eleven weeks on achieving them. We support the mentorship process by (1) organizing the matchmaking process, (2) providing a comprehensive mentorship model and (3) establishing an accountability system with regular individual and group coordination meetings. 2. ๐—˜๐—ฑ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป We provide free training on topics such as entrepreneurship, personal branding, presentation skills, goal-setting, finance, sales, market research, and others. They are delivered by leading Bulgarian companies & startups such as Econt, Kaufland, Gtmhub, Payhawk, OfficeRnD, Gemseek, 356labs, Out2Bound, In Your Hands, and Sofia Tech Park. 3. ๐—–๐—ผ๐—บ๐—บ๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ถ๐˜๐˜† Besides the mentorship and educational motives behind Mentor the Young, we also work actively on building sustainable communities of motivated and like-minded mentees, mentors, partners, and friends of the program.
