The Mentorship and Learning team at Mentor the Young is responsible for overseeing and facilitating the mentorship program. This includes organizing the mentor-mentee matchmaking process, providing and implementing a structured mentorship model, and ensuring accountability through regular coordination meetings. Additionally, the team curates and delivers a comprehensive education program with free training on various professional skills, and fosters a supportive community through networking events and collaborative challenges.
