Tammie Mobley is an accomplished founder and CEO of R.E.A.L Girlz since September 2019, providing empowerment and leadership development for women and teen girls. In addition, Tammie serves as a Trainer and Technical Assistance Consultant for MENTOR Virginia, delivering guidance for youth mentoring programs and managing technical assistance requests. Tammie's experience includes serving as an Ambassador for The United State of Women, advocating for women's issues, and hosting a radio talk show, Curative Conversations. Previous roles include Director of Youth Programs at the Relationship Foundation of Virginia and various positions focused on supporting survivors of domestic violence, including Client Services Coordinator at The James House. Tammie's extensive background reflects a strong commitment to community engagement, youth advocacy, and women's empowerment.

MENTOR Virginia is an independent, 501 (c) 3 organization founded in 1993 to provide training and technical assistance to mentoring programs around Virginia. MENTOR Virginia is an anchor organization that promotes effective youth mentoring by increasing the capacity and sustainability of mentoring programs, and providing resources to support the mentoring field throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. Mission: To foster quality mentoring relationships that empower, elevate, and encourage young people. Vision: Every young person in Virginia who needs a mentor will have a trained mentor.
