Prachi Shah

Prachi Shah is currently serving as a Customer Success & Renewal C-Suite Advisor at FC-SUITE and as a Mentor at Mentor Walks. Prior to these roles, Prachi held the position of Vice President of Global Customer Success & Renewals at Syncron, where responsibilities included defining and executing customer success strategies and leading a global team across multiple regions. Prachi also served as Head of Customer Success for Asia & Japan at Software AG, focusing on driving adoption for cloud-based solutions, and held various leadership roles at Singtel and Ericsson, leading IT transformation projects and enterprise architecture initiatives. A strong educational background includes a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from Gujarat University.
