Alana Hill

Alana Hill is an accomplished professional in institutional giving and nonprofit management, currently serving as the Director of Institutional Giving at MENTOR since June 2023. Previously, Alana held similar roles at Bottom Line from February 2020 to June 2023 and at College Bound Dorchester from December 2014 to October 2019, including positions as Director of Development and Manager of Corporate & Foundation Relations. Alana's earlier experience includes roles at Generations Incorporated, where responsibilities ranged from Grant Writer to Manager of Corporate & Foundation Relations, as well as various internships in marketing and project management. Alana holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Boston College and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Tufts University's Jonathan M. Tisch College of Civic Life.
