Lissa Leonardo-Abreu

Lissa Leonardo serves as Senior Manager, Data Analytics and Strategy Execution at MENTOR where she uses her analytics and data management skills to support MENTOR’s various departments through data informed decision making and tracking of strategy metrics. Before joining MENTOR, Lissa worked at the Better Business Bureau where she found her love for data and statistical analysis. Lissa was born in the Dominican Republic, raised in New York City, and now resides in Glastonbury Connecticut. She graduated from Boricua College in Manhattan with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Ethical Leadership and Decision Making. In her spare time, Lissa volunteers as a foster mom for her local dog rescue.
