Steph Wong

Steph Wong, SHRM-CP, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of People Experience and Culture at MENTOR since October 2022. In this role, Steph collaborates with the Chief People Strategy Officer to enhance MENTOR's People Strategy and foster a motivated workplace culture that supports the organization’s mission to close the mentoring gap in America. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director of People Operations at Springboard Collaborative, where Steph managed the onboarding process for seasonal staff across multiple cities and coordinated full-time hiring. At the Museum of the American Revolution, Steph contributed to the HR department's establishment, facilitating the hiring of over 100 staff during the museum's opening. Additional internships at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, and Philadelphia Zoo provided foundational exposure to various HR functions. Steph holds a BBA in Human Resource Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a SHRM-CP certification in Human Resources Development.
