Tacoma Zach, P.Eng. is an accomplished engineer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in asset management and operational optimization for water and wastewater utilities. Currently serving as CEO of MentorAPM since July 2017, Tacoma has developed a disruptive software solution aimed at improving performance and sustainability for utilities. In addition, Tacoma is the CEO of Uberlytics, LLC, which focuses on Criticality Analysis for asset-intensive facilities, and the owner of Zach Integrated Solutions, LLC, providing a range of asset management services. Previous roles include VP positions at Veolia Water Americas, where significant business growth and stabilization were achieved, and at Veolia Environnement, where Tacoma developed industrial business strategies. Tacoma's early career includes program management at US Filter/Vivendi, overseeing large-scale wastewater plant operations. Tacoma holds both a BASC and MASc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
