David Peterka

David Peterka has over 20 years of professional experience in technical writing and content management. David began their career in 1997 as a Lead Technical Writer at GE, where they maintained a library of over 1,000 active publications and documented power management relays. In 1999, they joined Kintana as Documentation Manager, Documentation Architect, and Lead Technical Writer, where they wrote multiple user, integration, installation, and administration guides. In 2003, they moved to Mercury Interactive as Documentation Manager and Senior Technical Writer, where they defined all documentation deliverables and planned all IT Governance documentation releases. In 2004, they became a Contract Technical Writer at InnoPath Software, where they documented mobile device software management applications. David then joined Cendant as a Contract Technical Writer in 2005, collaborating with the Orbitz development team to create content for an online portal serving travel agencies. In the same year, they joined Jeppesen as a Senior Technical Writer, documenting flight-charting products. In 2010, they became the Owner, Editor, and Writer at Conifer Books. In 2014, they were President and Lead Content Manager at Zenible, where they developed total content solutions for software products in various industries. Finally, in 2015, they joined MentorcliQ as a Customer Success Coach and Director of Education and Engagement, helping organizations design, launch, and support successful talent development programs.
