Todd Greer has over 25 years of experience in training and operations management. Todd started their career in 1992 as a Training & Operations Manager at Kinko's Incorporated, where they were responsible for coordinating all aspects of training and product education. Todd then moved to NationsRent in 2000 as a Regional Training Manager, where they developed and delivered technical training programs. In 2001, Greer joined the Federal Reserve Bank as a Manager of Training & Development, where they were hand-picked to develop, document, and deliver all training and operational initiatives. In 2005, they took roles as a Senior Instructional Designer at Limited Brands and an IT Business Analyst at IntelliRisk Management Corporation. From 2009 to 2014, Greer worked at JPMorgan Chase in various roles, including VP of Performance Manager, VP of Customer Experience & Employee Engagement, and VP of Service Excellence Leader. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Director of Training at MPW Industrial Services. Greer currently works as a Solution Consultant and Use Case Architect at MentorcliQ, a position they have held since 2018.

Todd Greer obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Industrial Design and Visual Communications from The Ohio State University between 1986 and 1990. Todd also holds an OSHA 501 certification from the University of Cincinnati.
