Amy'swork experience includes roles such as Leadership Coach, Executive Coach, Senior Consultant, Senior Vice President, General Manager, Head of Digital, Vice President, Independent Consultant, Divisional Merchandise Manager, and Senior Director. Amy's expertise lies in P&L management, eCommerce, digital marketing, strategic planning, organizational design, and coaching. Amy has led and managed teams of various sizes and is known for their deep listening, intuition, and insights-based coaching approach to spark others to tap into their own wisdom and create elegant solutions to complicated challenges.
Amy Kelly Lauer, CPCC, ACC earned their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Hamilton College in 1984. In 1989, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business with a focus on Marketing, HR, and Strategy. In 2001, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Design from the University of San Francisco, which they completed in 2002. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from Co-Active Training Institute, Mental Fitness Coach from Positive Intelligence, and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation. Amy is also a member of the International Coaching Federation.
