VP of Engineering at Mentorloop

Tracy Marie Powell has a long history of experience in engineering and product development. In 2021, they began their current role as Vice President of Engineering at Mentorloop. Prior to that, they were Delivery Manager at Nintex from 2015-2021. In this role, they established a hand-picked engineering team responsible for the Nintex Xtensions framework, developed an autonomous team workflow, automated evidence collection for Nintex SOC 2 certification, optimized CI/CD pipelines and release processes, and delivered core capabilities leveraged by multiple parts of the Nintex platform. From 2006-2015, they were Vice President of Product Development at Drawloop Technologies (now part of Nintex). In this role, they managed a team of engineers, collaborated with stakeholders, and worked directly with customers. Tracy Marie also took on more product management and project management responsibilities, expanded the team to include dedicated support engineers, and was an integral part of the team that launched Drawloop's document generation capabilities into the Salesforce ecosystem.

Tracy Marie Powell obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics and Economics from Harvey Mudd College between 2004 and 2006. Tracy Marie then obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Mathematics from UC Irvine between 2011 and 2013. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including a Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Advanced Developer from Salesforce in September 2014, a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in May 2017, a Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer from Salesforce in July 2009, a "Learn Emotional Intelligence, the Key Determiner of Success" certification from LinkedIn in September 2019, an "Out and Proud: Approaching LGBT Issues in the Workplace" certification from LinkedIn in July 2020, and a "Being a Good Mentor" certification from LinkedIn in March 2021.
