Luvieen Alva

Luvieen Alva has extensive work experience in various industries. Luvieen started their career in 2011 as Vice President Incoming Exchange and President of AIESEC Hyderabad. In 2013, they moved to AIESEC India, where they served as Vice President Learning & Development, designing training structure and content development. In 2014, they became the CEO of LearnEd. In 2015, they co-founded Tested Healthcare, an online platform for healthcare clients. Finally, in 2017, they co-founded MentorMind, an online platform for students and young professionals.

Luvieen Alva completed the Hero Training Program at Draper University in 2017, earning a degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) at Osmania University in 2013, majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Luvieen attended Indian School Muscat, Oman from 1996 to 2007, where they completed the CBSE program.
