Megha Gajjala (she/her)

Megha Gajjala (she/her) has held a variety of roles in the past seven years. In 2014, they were a Talent Programs Specialist at Google and Local Committee President at AIESEC. In 2015, they were a Project Manager at LearnEd. From 2017 to 2018, Megha held the roles of Graduate Assistantship at ESSEC Business School, Junior Consultant at Capgemini Consulting, External Consultant at L'Oréal, and Intern Consultant at BTS. Finally, since 2017, they have been Co-Founder & COO of MentorMind, an online platform for students and young professionals to access and work on real-time work situations.

Megha Gajjala is currently enrolled in the Grande Ecole Masters in Management program at ESSEC Business School, studying Business Administration and Management, General. Megha is also enrolled in the Global Manager in Asia program at ESSEC Business School, Asia-Pacific, studying Consulting. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology at Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering and Technology from 2010 to 2014. Megha also holds a High School diploma from FIITJEE Junior College. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace from Coursera.
