Jean Rhodes

Jean Rhodes is currently the Co-Founder of MentorPRO and the Executive Director of the Center for Evidence-Based Mentoring at UMass Boston. Jean is also the Founder of The Chronicle of Evidence-Based Mentoring. In addition, Jean serves as the Frank L. Boyden Professor of Psychology at UMass Boston. Jean Rhodes has a strong interest in the protective role of caring relationships and believes in harnessing their potential for promoting well-being.
