Ahmed Khaishgi

Ahmed Khaishgi is a Partner at Mentors Fund and the Founder and CEO of New Insurtech. Ahmed has over 20 years of experience in the industry, including stints at Bain Capital Ventures, Independence Holdings Corp, and Signifyd. Ahmed is also a Board Member at TrueCircle Technologies.

Khaishgi began their career as a Systems Analyst at Procter & Gamble. Ahmed then moved to McKinsey & Co., where they worked as a Manager for three years. In 2000, they co-founded SquareTrade, an online marketplace for warranties and insurance, where they served as CEO for 20 years.

In 2020, Khaishgi became an Operator-in-Residence at Bain Capital Ventures. Ahmed focuses on fintech and insurtech investments. In the last 12 months, they have made 42 investments totaling $1.3 billion.

Ahmed Khaishgi has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from KFUPM and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Ahmed graduated from Harvard in 1996 as a Baker Scholar, which is given to the top 5% of the class.
