AI is going to change coaching. The important question is how.

Mentri is an intelligent workspace for coaches, built around a clear conviction: coaching is human work, and the relationship is what makes it work. AI's job, as we see it, is to make that relationship easier to sustain, for both the coach and the client.

In practice, Mentri helps you prepare for sessions, hold continuity between them, and reflect on your practice over time. It helps clients carry the work forward between conversations. What it produces is shaped by your coaching style, your client's context, and the history of the relationship, so it sits inside your practice rather than alongside it.

We are building Mentri with practising coaches. We listen carefully to what they are excited about, and equally carefully to what they want to protect. The coach's judgement comes first. The human-to-human session is the anchor. Confidentiality and the weight of the work set the floor.
