Katie Hendrickson

Katie Hendrickson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Katie began their career at Pro Staff, where they held various positions of increasing responsibility, including Branch Operations Manager. Katie then became the Client Relations Director, managing multiple onsite locations and negotiating contracts.

Katie later joined Menttium Corporation as the Interview and Match Manager, where they interviewed professionals and matched them in mentoring relationships. Katie then became the Mentoring Systems Director, implementing new processes and technology efficiencies. Katie eventually became the Vice President of Operations, responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing projects.

Katie also worked at the Literacy Matters Foundation as the Chief Operating Officer, leading various functions and pitching an iPad App at a business competition.

Katie'smost recent role was at Menttium, where they served as the VP of Client Experience and was responsible for managing client relationships and creating marketing collateral. Katie then transitioned to the role of SVP of Operations & Digital Transformation, leading the company's modernization efforts and assuming responsibilities as a Salesforce Administrator.
