Gustavo Trigos

Gustavo Trigos is currently the CEO at Mentum. Prior to that, they were a Summer Analyst at BlackRock from May 2021 to June 2021. There, they worked in the Quantitative Investment Group and on the Systematic Fixed Income team. In 2021, they were also awarded the BlackRock Founders Scholar Award.

Before BlackRock, Gustavo was the Lead Portfolio Analyst at Newday Impact Investing from January 2019 to September 2020. There, they led a team of analysts in constructing multiple ESG and impact investing equity portfolios and ETFs through machine learning and statistical methods.

Gustavo's first job was at Bright Inc, where they interned from April 2016 to August 2017. Gustavo led a team of 8 interns at a solar energy YC-backed startup in Mexico City.
