Karen Throckmorton

Karen Throckmorton has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Executive Sales Representative at HungerRush since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Sales Executive at Menufy starting from June 2022.

In 2014, Karen decided to open their own food truck business in Springfield, Missouri, called 2 Fish 5 Loaves Gourmet Grilled Cheese, which they still own. Karen also briefly owned another food truck business, 2 Fish 5 Loaves Italian Food / Food Truck, from February 2014 to June 2014.
