Jean-Louis Petruzzi

Jean-Louis Petruzzi is a holder of a second cycle in modern letters and in law, Jean-Louis began his career in 1983 within a temporary workgroup as Head of Agency in Metz. In 1987, he took the turn of entrepreneurship and created his first temporary employment company, Pro Intérim, then Pro Consultant, an executive recruiting firm. In 10 years, the group has become France's number 6 in temporary work with 170 agencies. Jean-Louis sold the group to an international player in 2001, before creating the Hominis group (HR consulting, recruitment, and temporary work), renamed Menway in 2013. Since 2016, he has started a new phase of external growth, allowing him to build a Group with an unprecedented positioning with four professions that are both independent and complementary: HR consulting, interim management.
