Martine Pascale Switzerland first experience in payroll management, Martine became in 1990 Responsible for control and integration within a large temporary work group. She then headed two temporary employment agencies before joining the Menway Group in 2004. She successively held the positions of agency manager and responsible for control and integration. In 2018, she was appointed Director of the North West region of Menway Emploi.
