Brian Mikkelsen

Brian Mikkelsen has extensive experience in the retail grocery sector, currently serving as Kolonialchef at MENY Danmark since May 2013, with previous roles as Souschef at various MENY locations. Prior experience includes serving as Butikschef at SuperBest from November 2002 to April 2013 and holding positions as Souschef in the grocery department and sales assistant at Prima Supermarked. Brian Mikkelsen began formal education in sales assistance at Niels Brock and Ishøj Fagskole, completing specialized training and further leadership studies at Markmann Training in 2011.
