Manoj Xavier

Manoj Xavier has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Manoj is currently working as a Product Lead at Menyala, a venture building team focused on Web3 and disruptive technologies. Prior to this, they founded Photon, a Web3 startup aimed at accelerating electric car adoption through an online community. Additionally, Manoj served as the Tech Innovation Lead at Daimler South East Asia Pte. Ltd., where they led the development of high-impact products and played a crucial role in developing a scalable digital go-to-market strategy. Manoj also founded JoyRoutes, a holiday customization and booking platform, and worked as a Business Development Manager at Comaea, where they built an innovative digital business model and established strategic partnerships. Manoj began their career as a Graduate Analyst in the Global Graduate Development Program at Royal Bank of Scotland Business. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in product development, innovation, strategy, and business development across various industries.

Manoj Xavier holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Computer Engineering, with a minor in Technology Entrepreneurship, from the National University of Singapore. Manoj also has a background in Entrepreneurship and Computer Engineering from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Additionally, Manoj pursued a minor in Technology Entrepreneurship at NUS Overseas Colleges and studied Entrepreneurship at the Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship. Manoj also acquired several certifications, including Machine Learning from Stanford University and various courses on data analysis and programming from Johns Hopkins University.
