Dan Friend

Dan Friend has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Dan started their career in 2001 as a Project Manager at Rubicon Software, where they managed customer relationships in the financial services sector. In 2003, they moved on to Mitchells & Butlers PLC, where they worked as a General Manager for eight years. From 2011 to 2013, they served as a General Manager at TGI Fridays UK. After that, they became the Pub Landlord/Owner at The Surrey Cricketers until 2016. Starting in 2016, Dan joined ASIG as a Ramp Agent and later became a Ramp Supervisor. Dan then transitioned to Menzies Aviation, where they held the positions of Ramp Supervisor, Ramp Assistant Duty Manager, and currently serves as the Training and Quality Lead.

From 2000 to 2001, Dan Friend attended Farnborough College of Technology where they pursued a GNVQ in Computer Science.
