Michael Lamb McIpd

Michael Lamb MCIPD is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in strategic HR roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Menzies Aviation, Michael has previously led the People workstream for High Speed Two and West Coast Mainline projects at FirstGroup plc. Michael's extensive experience includes roles at Biffa as Senior HR Business Partner for a major division and Acting HR Director, contributing to significant performance improvements.
