Ezza Tariq Khawaja

Ezza Tariq Khawaja has a diverse range of work experience. In 2015, they began their career as an Accounts Trainee at Jawaid Anwar & Co Chartered Accountants. Following this, they worked at Metro Shoes by Nadeem Younas for several years, starting in 2016. During their time there, they held roles such as Lead Compensation & Benefits and HR Associate. They were responsible for various tasks such as payroll management, data analysis, content creation, employee orientation, and coordinating interviews. They also made important contributions to the company, including preparing survey reports, proposing plans for process improvement, and developing new hire-orientation programs. In 2019, Ezza Tariq Khawaja joined Service Sales Corporation (Pvt.) Limited as an HR Contact Lead, focusing on Compensation & HR Operations in the North region. In 2020, they moved to AAA Associates, where they worked as an HR Executive, handling Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition. Their most recent position is as the Lead Comp/Benefits & HR Operations at Menzies-RAS, which they began in 2021.

Ezza Tariq Khawaja completed their education with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services. Ezza Tariq obtained a Masters in HRM from the Virtual University of Pakistan from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in arts from the University of the Punjab in 2014 and 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Ezza Tariq Khawaja has also pursued various certifications. Ezza Tariq completed the "Human Resource Management: HR for People Managers Specialization" and "Human Resources Management Capstone: HR for People Managers" programs from Coursera in May 2023. Ezza Tariq also completed several other Coursera courses related to managing employee compensation, performance, recruiting, hiring, onboarding employees, and preparing to manage human resources. These certifications were obtained between 2019 and 2020.

Furthermore, Ezza Tariq Khawaja achieved the "Assessment of Fundamental Competencies (AFC)" certification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan in November 2014, and they obtained the CA foundation certification from the same institution in May 2014.
