Alison Pullman

Alison Pullman has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Alison started their career as a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator at Coopers and Lybrand, where they managed the graduate recruitment process. Following this role, they joined JP Morgan and held various generalist roles within operations, corporate finance, and investment management divisions. Alison later moved into learning and development and worked on HR projects, including being responsible for leading diversity initiatives across Europe. In 2001, Alison started their consultancy, Alison Pullman & Associates, where they worked as a Senior HR Consultant until 2007. Alison then joined People Risk Solutions as a Senior Consultant, Taylor Wessing as a Learning & Development Manager, and finally, Menzies LLP, where they held roles as HR Manager, Senior HR Manager, and is currently the HR Director.

Alison Pullman obtained their A levels in Latin, French, and English from Itchen 6th Form College between 1979 and 1982. Following that, they attended the University of Cambridge from 1982 to 1985, where they earned an MA (Hons) in Classics. Additionally, in July 2020, they obtained a certification in FCIPD from the CIPD institution.
