Ed Hussey is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Director of Menzies People Solutions at Menzies LLP since September 2008, Ed leads a team providing business consultancy and HR services primarily to owner-managed businesses in the southeast of England. Prior to this role, Ed held the position of HR Director at Nelsons, a UK leader in natural healthcare, where responsibilities included overseeing 200 employees and managing a £30m turnover. Ed's earlier experience includes serving as HR Manager at Allianz Insurance, providing HR services to a major division with over 1300 employees, and holding various leadership positions at BAA, including Head of HR for Heathrow Express and HR Manager at Southampton International Airport.
