Madelyn Postman

Madelyn Postman is the ESG Director at Menzies LLP, where they lead sustainability initiatives through the joint venture with Grain Sustainability, a firm dedicated to promoting environmental responsibility. With a background in branding and design, Madelyn co-founded several creative agencies, including Madomat and Vivian Cipolla, before shifting focus to sustainability consulting at Grain. They are a board member of 1% for the Planet, making significant contributions to connecting businesses and environmental nonprofits. Madelyn holds a double major BA in Art History and Visual Arts from Brown University and has also received an honorary MBA from the University of West London. They frequently speak on sustainability topics and are currently working on a short story collection that intertwines family history with broader themes of immigration.
