Kristian Tanninen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Kristian is the Founder of Growhold, a company they started in 2023. Kristian also worked as a Technical Product Owner at an EduTech scale-up. Additionally, they worked as an Interim CTO at MEOM and Lygg, and as the Founder and CEO of Lumoflow, an enterprise collaboration platform. Kristian also worked as a Product Manager and Project Manager at Logica, a Software Architect at Valkeus Interactive Oy, and as a Lead Developer and Developer at Regex Oy. Kristian'searliest role was as a Developer at Satama Interactive Oyj.

Kristian Tanninen completed the Blockchain Strategy Programme at the University of Oxford from 2021 to 2022. Kristian also attended the University of Helsinki from 1997 to 2007, where they studied Computer Science and General Leadership and Management.
