Debra Kodish began their career working as a Senior Accountant at Simonson Lipschutz & Fogel from 1990 to 1994. Debra then moved on to Nessuah Zannex Ltd, where they held the roles of Senior VP of Sales & Research from 1995 to 1998, and then VP of Institutional Sales and Research until 1998. In 1999, Debra founded Kodish Capital, a consulting firm that provided capital raising and strategic consulting services to venture capital funds and companies. Debra served as the President of Kodish Capital until 2012. From 2006 to 2007, Debra worked as the Managing Director at Old City Capital, and from 2008 to 2009, they were a Partner at Israel Opportunity Fund. Starting in 2010, Debra became an Advisor to MEOR, where they reorganized and created a more efficient organization. In 2014, they were appointed as the Executive Vice President of MEOR. In 2012, Debra founded Keshet Capital, a boutique investment advisory firm focused on Israel-oriented investment opportunities. Debra served as the President and Founder of Keshet Capital until present. Additionally, in 2013, Debra worked as a Senior M&A Advisor for Woodbridge Group, Inc., providing investment banking services for Israeli M&A transactions.

Debra Kodish completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from The George Washington University, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. In 1992, they also attended CPA for a short period to pursue a degree in Accounting. Further details about their field of study during this time are not specified.
