Becky Neil has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Becky began their career at Sling Media, Inc. as a Marketing Associate, responsible for assisting with product launches, advertising campaigns, event planning, and website maintenance. Becky then transitioned to the role of Product Manager, where they defined and developed features for software and managed beta tests.

After their time at Sling Media, Inc., Becky joined Google, Inc. as a Technical Sourcer & Recruiting Coordinator. Becky supported the recruiting team by sourcing and coordinating candidates.

Following their experience at Google, Becky worked at Trulia as a Staffing Coordinator and later as a Customer Insights Analyst. In these roles, they were responsible for coordinating staffing and conducting analysis of customer insights.

Becky then joined Coffee & Power as a Marketing & Product professional, driving adoption for the company's coworking tools and developing strategies to promote coworker engagement.

Becky went on to be the Director of Production at House of Yes, where they built and managed a production team and implemented processes for event management.

Becky then joined Meow Wolf, first as a Technical Project Manager and later as a Sr. Technical Project Manager. In these roles, they led teams in launching unique digital and physical experiences, introduced processes and standards for user testing and quality assurance, and participated in architectural conversations for software transitions. Becky also drove the design and production process for custom hardware devices.

Prior to their most recent roles, Becky held a brief position as an Art Administrative Specialist at Alitha Young Art and served as the Project Lead for an art project at Burning Man 2012 at Bottlecap Gazebo.

Throughout their career, Becky has demonstrated their ability to manage projects, coordinate teams, and drive innovation in various industries.

Becky Neil received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University, completing their studies from 2001 to 2005. Becky then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Arts, Education, and Community Practice at New York University from 2015 to 2016.
