John Lee has extensive experience in product management and technology roles. John is currently the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Meow Wolf, where they are responsible for delivering mind-bending experiences blending art, entertainment, and technology. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Product Management & Design at Shift.

Before joining Shift, John held senior leadership positions at SEPHORA and MGM Resorts International, where they led digital product management initiatives. At SEPHORA, they defined the product strategy and roadmap for all digital channels, resulting in a double-digit increase in eCommerce revenues. At MGM Resorts International, they established the company's websites and mobile apps as the primary channels for user engagement and increased direct bookings.

Earlier in their career, John served as the Senior Vice President of Personalization & Analytics at Travelzoo, where they created predictive models and recommendation engines to personalize content across digital channels. John also led the transformation of Travelzoo's product management to build a global marketplace for local experiences.

Before Travelzoo, John worked at Chevron as a Product Management Leader on their global "Digital Oil Field" program, where they led cross-functional teams to build innovative products. John also held the position of Vice President of Corporate Development at SAIC and worked as a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting.

John Lee has a Bachelor of Science degree from Columbia University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
