Melissa Gassien

Melissa Gassien began their work experience in 2002 as a Front Desk Manager at Residence Inn by Marriott. Melissa then joined Marriott International in 2004, where they held various positions including Guest Service Manager, Operations Manager, and Assistant General Manager. In 2014, they moved to Courtyard by Marriott as the General Manager. In 2016, they joined Hotel Teatro as the Guest Experience Manager and worked there until June 2021. Currently, they are working as the Director Of Operations at Meow Wolf, starting in June 2021.

Melissa Gassien attended the University of Central Florida – Rosen College of Hospitality Management from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management. In 2014, they also received a CPO Certification (Certified Pool Operator) from the National Swimming Pool Foundation.
